With over 35 years of extensive experience in Flight Operations, I have developed a comprehensive expertise in managing and overseeing a wide range of flying operations, with a specialized focus on Flight Training Organizations (FTOs). In my current position as an Operations Officer at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Aeronautics (IGRUA), I possess an in-depth understanding of the civil aviation regulatory framework in India, including the legal and safety requirements that govern the industry.

Over the past 15 years, I have taken on a leadership role in independently managing critical elements of flight operations, which include the administration of pilot licensing, the creation and coordination of flight schedules, the meticulous execution of flight training activities, and the assurance of regulatory compliance within flying training programs. Additionally, I am responsible for establishing and maintaining effective lines of communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of all flight-related activities within the organization.
